CASA M is surrounded by a dense single-family housing development and situated next to a cross road. Based on the request of the clients, INNOCAD created an open room layout with a designed exterior that resulted in the typology of a patio-house. With a high level of privacy, the patio serves as a temporary extension of the housing space with the interlocking interior and exterior areas creating a new relationship.
