urban density / renovation and addition / prevailing block perimeter / hybrid urban style of living / mix old-new /glittering facade

The height of the existing building results from different functions, including workshops, apartments and garages, which significantly fall compared to the surrounding perimeter blocks. INNOCAD‘s redevelopment concept has produced a new, reimagined version of the typical perimeter block development. The new development is inspired by the existing courtyard, and uses the densities of the buildings to result in a hybrid urban style of living that is very powerful.
