row house / terraced slope / monochromatic green / heterogeneous mix for different target groups / compact floor layouts / relaxing
The Reseda Residential complex demonstrates INNOCAD’s objective to provide individual solutions and something special to an endless array of similar “choices”. This is achieved through the creation of an individual structure which reflects the color of the lush greenery that surrounds it, thus providing a strong identity and a feeling of well-needed relaxation. Reseda is no classic “copy-and-paste” or “one-size-fits-all” terraced development, but rather a small-scale structure consisting of 7 different dwellings, integrated in 3 solitary units. The common design principles used in each dwelling unifies the entire space.
