The Viennese office for a real estate developer, located in a historic building in Vienna´s first district, creates an inspiring, activity-based, and healthy workplace, while conveying the firm’s identity and values. For the new location, the company`s ‘Built Identity,’ first conceived at award-winning C&P Corporate Headquarters in Graz, was consciously implemented within a palais. Bespoke architectural elements and material selection, reflecting the firm´s values, are carefully merged with a range characterizing the historic context – plants, expanded metal and corporate wall graphics correspond with marble, brass and parquet floor. The office is comprised of distinct communication zones, socialization areas, collaborative and silent working spots, meeting rooms, and lounges. Organized as an open yet zoned space, the workplace offers individual desk stations for focus along the facade and provides a variety of settings for group and project work inwardly. Wooden volumes spaced periodically throughout the open workplace area provide specific meeting and lounge settings.
